Woke up very early 'cause of the jet lag :) Saw the breathtaking Pitons, so happy to be here!!3/16/2017
Day 1- we arrived in the evening so it was to ark to see anything outside
We were very tired after a 10 hour flight. so we only fell asleep after sleeping on the (awesome)terrace. Day 2 - woke up very early 'cause of the jetleg :) Saw the breathtaking Pitons, so happy to be here. Short breakfast at the terrace! Trip (with rental car) to Castries and back to Soufriere (long driver and curvy but also very interesting) Beautiful views over Bays and nic little towns. At ‘home’ we jumped in the pool and enjoyed the sun and the beautiful view Went into town to Eroline's Supermarket to buy some food and drinks. Day 3 - Weather was w much better than yesterday, so we spend almost the whole day at Sugar Beach, snorkeling was spectacular, saw many colorful fishes (getting a beach chair in the public section right from the pier) was easy. Snorkeling gears can be rented for $20 USD whole day. Don't use the shuttle from Parking lot, the walk down to the beach is not long and full of beautiful views !!! Dinner at Hammingbird - restaurant without reservation problem at all. Nice table with breathtaking view and delicious Pasta and shrimp provonce! Day 4 - Sulphur Springs - drive in volcano (without bath) $8.50 USD per person. 30 minutes tour was interesting but not a must do (in our opinion) Bath on Day 5 :) Diamond Botanical Gardens with diamond waterfall, didn't get a guide - that's ok because there are much information signs! And we could make it by our own pace. Mystic Sunset- Tour in the afternoon/evening was great! The service was gentle, we had alot of delicious drinks and finger foods, party music, fantastic view and in the end Champagne and two proposals. We also saw many Dolphins right next to our boat which was definitely a highlight! Day 5 - Mud Bath - very nice and funny experience!!! $5.50 USD per person. Wanted to have lunch at Martha's Tables but it was closed (always closed on weekends) Went to Ruby's, had delicious Pasta, Calamari's and chicken wings, very nice service! In the afternoon , snorkeling and sun bath at Anse Chastanet. Road was an adventure That we survived:) Not as bad as you might think, it's ok, comparable to the road up to the apartment. Day 6 - Tet Paul Nature trail - easy short trail with awesome views! Our guide were friendly and gave lots of information about the island and made some Photos of us. $10 USD per person and at the end some tip for the guide. Then Anse Chastanet again :) for the next four hours, Snorkeling was great, so many fishes and water was so crystal clear!!! Better for snorkeling than Sugar Beach in our opinion...Short shower at Serrana Villa the back to Jade Mountain Restaurant for dinner. We were almost one hour earlier and enjoyed the sun set and the incredible views with a demon drop and Piton Beers. There was a fixed price for dinner $95 USD plus drinks but so delicious!!! The service was very very courteous, so we felt like VIP's. Dinner took three hours with Four courses and even lots of 'surprises' between them. All in all a once in a lifetime experience which you won't regret! Day 7 - Spend the whole day at the beach (Anse Chastanet) Dinner at Boucan by Hotel Chocolat- Very good Mosleow Mule!!! We loved the view over Pitit Piton and the food was delicious! Day 8 - Departure :( It was a wonderful stay here at Serrana Villa. Thanks a lot to Janus who was so helpful and friendly!!! We had a great time and memorable days in this Paradise And to the future guests: We hope you enjoy it here and have a wonderful stay :) Joice & Hendrick from Germany Comments are closed.
