Our team of housekeeping professionals works hard to keep our villas and St. Lucia apartments clean and perfect between each and every guest. Cleaning vacation rentals may be a big job, but they are actually much easier to keep clean than St. Lucia hotels with their common areas and high turnover rates.

What We’re Doing to Keep You Safe
Through the use of PPE (personal protective equipment), our hardworking team members keep our guests safe while also keeping one another safe. Our team is employing social distancing guidelines, limiting the number of employees in a property to one when possible and maintaining proper distance when a property requires more than one team member onsite.
We use only the highest quality cleaning and disinfecting products. If a maintenance request is made, PPE is used and all possible steps are taken to maintain appropriate social distance, including leaving some non-emergency maintenance until after check-out.
In order to ensure proper ventilation of cleaning materials, windows are opened while chemicals are in use. Windows will be closed and locked before housekeeping staff leaves the property. High temperatures are used to launder bedding and towels, and gloves are used during all cleaning.
High-touch surfaces are a big concern for most guests, and our housekeepers work extra hard to keep them germ-free. From doorknobs and appliance handles to phones, light switches, remotes, and hangars, our staff members work hard to ensure that every possible surface is clean and sterile for the next guest. If you want to prepare a meal or use a private on-call chef instead of turning to St. Lucia restaurants, we want you to be confident that your kitchen is clean and sanitized.

- All items left behind by previous guests are removed from the premises and all surfaces are wiped clean and fully disinfected.
- We sweep all debris from hard floors and mop them with disinfectant cleaner, then thoroughly vacuum any rugs or carpets.
- Sheets are removed from the beds and replaced with freshly laundered, clean sheets and all towels replaced with clean, new ones.
- We run the dishwasher and clean, dry, and put away all dishes and utensils
- All appliances are fully cleaned, with special attention paid to handles and high-touch areas.
- Tables, chairs, and other furniture are all cleaned and sanitized.
- All bathroom surfaces, including tub, toilet, vanity, sink, and shower are cleaned and disinfected.
- Trash cans are emptied and fresh liners are installed.
