This villa is a wonderful place, and has everything you need for a fabulous trip! There are a few kitchen staples that we replenished and added to the great collection. It was very helpful, we cooked a lot at home, the best grocery store was at Gros Islet called Massy Gourmet (about 1.5 hour drive north), would definitely do that.
Great Restaurants The Still Beach Restaurant:- amazing views of the Pitons and Beautiful Beach! A great place to eat and then go swimming. I’d recommend the Veg. roti (vegan! Yippy), with a Piton. My husband loved the fried fish (so did the cat he fed, haha). Good prices too, lunch was $9.00EC per plate (about). Anse Chastanet Beach Restaurant:- AMAZING WOW FOOD! a bit more pricy for lunch (about $83.00 USD for 2 entrees, 2 drinks (boozey) and dessert) but 100% worth it! Also had great vegan option. Try the ‘’Stairway to heaven’’ Wow! Wow! Wow! Or ‘’ Frozen coco loco’’ It also had beautiful views! Ti-Kaye Restaurant :- For dinner was definitely 5 star! The food was so good and contemporary! You’ll pay around $60 USD for 2. Ok. For vegans you’ll have to ask a lot to make sure they use no dairy. My husband loved the hot pot. Try the Calypso Coffee, it will knock you on your butt (stated by my husband). ForT he Beach Restaurant :- easier for vegans. The pizza with cheese is really good plus the burger, Huge, but to die for! If you go to Gros Islet try Coco Plam Resort for breakfast! Amazing buffet (try the grilled plantain) If you love fishes and water go snorkeling at the beach at Ti-Kaye, the water was so clear clean and quiet. Amazing fish and beautiful coral. Rental is $11USD for each snorkel rental. Probably the best we did. The beach at Anse Chastanet was great too, probably more fish but the Coral was “eh’’. Its mossier and there were a lot more people. We mentioned we were staying at Serrana Villa with Janus and he rented the gear for $20 (together) U.S $11 each an hour. So mention Janus. Remember that legally every beach is free to public! So don’t be afraid to go to the resorts, Have fun! You only have to pay to lay in their chairs. Sulphur Springs :- Really fun plan, about 40 minutes (or less). It feels great on Sunburns. Its a lot of fun. Diamond Falls & Botanical Gardens:- Very beautiful! ( about 1.5 hours ) a lot of cute lizards and amazing plants! The diamond falls were cool, we went around 12:00 and it was empty. Overall this trip was really fun! Definitely go Snorkeling! We did that the most. Staying at this Villa was great! We got to see the real St. Lucia and Janus was so nice and Welcoming. Don’t be afraid to ask for help. The cell phone was super helpful. Thank You Janus! Elizabeth & Jordan Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA Comments are closed.
