If the nightly rains awaken you, don’t fret. Wait for it to stop then step out to the balcony. Once the clouds clear, you will be rewarded with a spectacular sky FILLED with shimmering stars of all sorts of colors. Carefully turn off all ambient lights and the milky way will come through.

​While all this is happening, your ears will be filled with the nocturnal symphony of the jungle. (Pay attention and you might realize it’s the same bugs in the same places!) 

Eventually, just as it started, the rains will come back and retake its treasures.
