Get out and explore the island. You’ll find so many cool things in your journey. Soufriere is beautiful.

​This was our first time in St. Lucia and we must say, its breathtaking. The island Is filled with so much to do. Driving to Rodney bay was the highlight. On another note; Janus was amazing!! He always checked in on us and brought us fruit and bread. His gracious attitude and love for the island is infectious. With that being said, below are our final thoughts. 

• ​Rodney Bay: The drive there is stunning! Once there, you’ll find some shops and food places that are clearly there for tourists. There’s a small mall that’s great for gifts. We think it’s worth the (almost) 2-hour drive. 
• Sugar Beach: Great for breakfast and lunch. The cost is around $70.00-100USD per couple. If you patronize (lunch, breakfast etc.) They will shuttle you to the beach from the parking area for free. The beach is FREE but if you want to use their lounge chairs its $50.00 USD per person. 
• Martha’s Tables: Delicious food and very reasonably priced $30.00-40 USD per couple. The breadfruit bowls are delicious!! The owners are also so wonderful. This stop is a must! 
• Ruby’s Pizza & Grill: Great food and drinks. Terrance, the owner is awesome and so accommodating. Pizza and other dishes are awesome. Price is $40.00-60.00 USD per couple. 
• Tet Paul Nature Trail: $10.00 USD PP but worth it. The hike takes 20 minutes but the views are unreal. They offer a guide if you don’t want to walk it alone. Trail is very well kept and easy to climb. 

​Get out and explore the island. You’ll find so many cool things in your journey. Soufriere is beautiful. The locals can be aggressive but a simply “No Thank You” will work.
