We had a fantastic time here. Hard to even leave the patio with the perfect view here. We mostly ate our meals in as we are vegan. We tried Doolittle’s in Marigot Bay as they have tofu, greens on the menu (dreadful service though).
We were delighted to find a little food truck in Soufriere called Sa Nou Iration on the road that’s in front the beach. Great food very reasonable prices! We bought four large dahls, paid $9 (she asked for 48 or $9). We enjoyed all the things others mentioned, the Botanical Gardens, Tet Paul Nature Trail (very short, easy but fantastic views) the volcano etc. If you drive down to Anse Chastenet (go early there is free parking just outside the resort) go left when you get to the beach- there is a protected marine area great for snorkeling. Stay away from the seaweed if you can – my husband was stung in the face 2x (snorkeling) by sea ants that hang out in the seaweed. We picked up people along the roads who needed rides- really enjoyed being able to do so (would not do this at home in the USA). If you come across a pop up bar while driving, stop, enjoy! Also enjoyed the bar on the sand, next to the dock (across from the police station)-lots of locals. A great visit to St. Lucia, in the perfect Air BnB! Allison & Michael California THANKS JANUS!!
