We had an amazing 10 days during our stay here!
Did some fishing (Salty Boat Charters), catamaran trip (Sea spray), zip lines (rain forest adventures), and spent quality time at the villa with a bunch of Piton beer! Beach day at Paradise beach/hotel (formerly Malgretoute Beach) was great! Used the villas snorkel gear and saw more fish/cool things than our designated snorkel trip with the catamaran lol…great food + drinks! We are so glad we got rid of the rental car and used Janus’s crew to get around the island! We had multiple 1+ hour long drives that I would not have been willing to do! I can’t wait to drive my full size truck past the cornfields on infinitely straight roads going more than 40 mph on the correct side of the road!! 😊 As fun as it is to pass banana trees, mango trees, chocolate trees, and all the other fruit trees that can’t stand the cold….corn, corn, corn, and more corn…oh yeah, and beans - is where the heart is! Our big tips to those reading this is:

We fell in love with the pictures of the villa online - we were definitely not let down when we got here! We had originally rented a car at the airport to try and make getting around easier, but after the car died twice, once in town in the middle of traffic and then again as soon as we reached the top of the driveway. Gave the car back and just let Janus, Shane, + Liam do what they do best – Getting us where we wanted to go + Making sure we are having the experience we had hoped for! These guys are super nice, friend and will do whatever it takes to make sure their guests are happy! During our stay we went to a cocoa plantation for a tour + a local rum tasting, diamond falls, botanical gardens, the volcano/mud baths, Malgretoute beach, and of course the amazing restaurants. “Janus + his team will book any reservation for you and provide transportation” Overall this late honeymoon trip has been a 10/10. We would definitely book a villa with Janus Again! Devin + Taiylor What an amazing week! We loved spending our belated honeymoon here in St. Lucia & Shane & his team made it a trip to remember.
Monday (travel day) -Chef Ramsey cooked us the best meal after a long day of traveling. Definitely recommend, especially the fresh seafood. Tuesday -Soufriere intro Tour -Tet Paul Nature trail- stunning views & great tour guide -Volcano, mud baths, waterfall! Shane’s punch topped off a perfect morning. -Stonefield for dinner & Mango tree (get the lamb& & seafood chawder) Wednesday -Gros Piton Hike! Totally worth it for the views. We started early & were the first to the top. Bring lots of water & be prepared to sweat. -Chicken roti from Fedos- our favorite of the week! The cocktails were delicious & presented beautifully. Wish we’d gone more than once! Thursday Had a great pool day to start then met up with mystic Man for our snorkel & sunset cruise on their catamaran. The crew stellar and helped us take the best pictures. Aside from the sunset & amazing views of the Pitons from the water the dolphins swimming by the boat was the coolest experience. We also snorkeled near sugar beach and saw lots of colorful fish. Friday Started our day with massages at the villa- so relaxing. Then went to Malgretoute beach for some sunshine. Gorgeous beach at the base of the Pitons with chair-side services with food and drinks. Had some amazing fresh fruit from blaze- ask for a fruit plate or smoothie. Ladera dinner- go early to enjoy the sunset with cocktails. Best view of the Pitons from the island. The food was fresh and flavorful. Be reasy to splurge & settle onto a slow & relaxed dinner! Saturday (travel day) Enjoyed the villa & pool one last time. Wish we could take this view home with us. Huge shoutout and thank you to shane, Janus, jermal & the team for going above A& beyond to make it happen this week. We truly cant say thank you enough Adriana & John We took day one for some much needed rest and recovery after 9 hard months of wedding planning10/25/2021
What a beautiful place! The view was gorgeous, the pool was refreshing, the food was incredible and the people are unbelievably nice!
Since this was our honeymoon, we decided not to pack so much as we could into our days, but believe me when I say, if you wanted to you absolutely could. There is so much to do around this fantastic coastal city, that we have already decided that a second time around is necessary. With that being said, we took day one for some much needed rest and recovery after 9 hard months of wedding planning. We stopped at massy supermarket the night before and stocked up on supplies so we could utilize the amazing kitchen to cook our own meals. We spent most of day one basking in the view separated by intermittent dips in the pool. In the evening we finally decided to step out of our villa and made a sunset dinner reservation at Hotel Chocolat (rabot restaurant). The food was AMAZING and the view was even better. The entire restaurant is open air and displays a picturesque view of the Pitit Piton. Night/day 2, was comprised of a bit more, compared to our previous day of relaxation. We were awaked by one of Janus’ assistants at the door to deliver a fresh loaf of warm bread. I then made breakfast and coffee for my beautiful wife and we ate on the upstairs balcony overlooking the city. After we had finished, she and I had a quick workout on the pool deck and swam an d finalized out agenda for the day. First we stopped that the bank to exchange some of our USD to ECD. Then we travelled south of Mineral falls. Mineral falls consist of a short hike where you are met by two mineral pools and a relaxing hot spring. This is a must see in your book. My wife and I then drove over to Sulphur Springs. After a quick tour we went down to the highly acclaimed mud that’s. It felt wonderful! Finally, on our was home, we stopped at fedos and grabbed some delicious, dare I say best food of the trip, to take back to saba villa. We finished our day with a movie and a couple card games, before heading to bed for an early rise. Day 3, our last day before we head north for Castries, was short but sweet. We got up early, had a quick breakfast, then walked down to the bus terminal market. Those selling were extremely nice and welcoming! Lastly, we walked back to the villa and took a quick dip before pack-up. Thank you to Janus and company for your incredible hospitality. Although we didn’t utilize your services, a ton, you were incredibly helpful when we did ask for recommendations. We will surely be back with friends Matthias & Amanda The Wilsons, Nashville, TN
Hello from the Newly weds – The Wilsons from Nashville, TN. We enjoyed our honeymoon at Sargas and let me tell you, this was the best vacation of our entire lives. All thanks to the kindness, generosity and understanding customer service of Janus and his team. Our whole goal of the trip was to slow down and relax and we were able to do just that. After some bumps and delays due to COVID restrictions with the airline, we made it and thankfully Kim helped us push back all of our reservations so everything was flawless. Upon arrival we had chef Ramsey come prepare us dinner which was incredible. We enjoyed having his stay and the food was great after a long travel day. On our second day the team helped us get massages at the villa and they were out of this world. Highly recommend. We did dinner at Dasheene at Ladera and enjoyed a beautiful sunset. They serve amazing, stiff drinks! Our third day was our adventure day where we did the all day tour. Jermal was outstanding and took such good care of us. We joked that we wanted to bring him home with us to be our professional photographer, he was so good at capturing all of the special memorable moments for us. We loved the mud baths, waterfall and botanical gardens and the awesome drinks he provided between and a local lunch afterwards. Dinner that night was at hotel chocolat- a must do! We really loved the chocolate genesis dessert! Our last full day was spent relaxing at the villa and enjoying the pool. Jermal was awesome and brought us pizza for dinner so we didn’t even have to leave! I cant say enough wonderful things about this experience. Janus and his team truly made us feel like the most important people in the world, which meant so much to us as we start our marriage. Thank you Janus. We’ll be back Melanie & Jared Wilson Special thank to Kim, Jermal, Ramiah for the outstanding customer service! #janusgyan #stluciatravel #stluciaadventure #wanderlust #stluciavacation #travelgram #stluciaexplore #stluciaholiday #janusstlucia #traveler #traveller #traveling #travelling #stluciatravelphotography #travelingram #travelblog #travelblogger #traveladdict #stlucia #passionpassport #stluciatourism #mytravelgram #instapassport #traveltheworld Denly & Diadra
Absolutely Amazing: this is our first out of the country since Covid and all I can say is we definitely picked a great place to visit. The view, food, locals, atmosphere all beautiful: Better than any resort we’ve stayed at (loved the privacy). The Botanical Gardens, volcano, waterfall is what we decided to do on our fist day and the private Chef Ramsey hooked us up with an amazing dinner. It was a great first day and my 30th Birthday. Malgretoute Beach was so much fun: we did a few water activities, soaked up the sun and ate some good food. Blaze came up to shore with his boat loaded with fresh fruits (get Pina Colada) and other fresh herbs that just made our beach day super relaxing. The last day we decided to do the boat ride, we saw the bat cave, went snorkeling, but the best part was enjoying dinner on a private beach, it was so romantic. We are both so sad to go back to NY and reality ☹ Even though some things were closed due to Covid the trip was great because it felt like were on our very own private vacation. Thank you Janus Denly & Diadra

Apr. 12- 18 – Sargas Apr. 18-20 – Saba Apr. 20 – 22 – Sargas Apr. 22- 24 – Saba Newly weds Dream come true Excuse our creole but Janus, Dillon and Jermal are THE SHIT. Honeymooning during a pandemic is a wild time but after booking/canceling travel to three different countries, theses three have made our honeymoon the easiest, happiest, most fun experience ever!! We had the privilege of spending 2 weeks between Sargas & Saba. We did some fun hippady hopping back and forth between the two! Absolute fave things we’ve done 1. Malgretoute Beach- we were here approximately 7 times. The servers Al & Len are lovely and we have made a livelong friend in blaze who has a yellow boat full of fruit (and makes a killa pina colada ) they also have the most beautiful clear water with tons of water sport options. 😊 2. Climbing Gros Piton- This is a no joke hike, took us about 1 hours 15 minutes and our hearts were PUMPING!! 3. Botanical Gardens and waterfall Fedos for lunch was awesome and cheap😊 off to Sabe today, cant wait to come back! Brooke & Slone Huston, TX Hello Future Guests
Our planned honeymoon began with a bunch of delays due to bad weather and an erupting volcano on a neighboring island. For a little while I didn't think we were going to make it at all, but Janus, our driver Dillan and Chef Ramsey all went above and beyond to ensure our stay, while short, was amazing. We hope to be back in the future, to make up for the time we lost. Thank you so much Janus and team for impeccable hospitality and going out of your way to make our first day in St. Lucia wonderful. Tori & Hamilton Denver, CO, USA We woke up early and chef Ramsey came again for brunch, he makes us a delicious multi-course spread3/2/2021

Day 1- we arrive from JFK Airport to UVF and are greeted by our driver Dillan at the airport. On the ride from the Airport, we stopped at the grocery store to pick-up a few snacks and beverages for the villa. Once we make it to the villa we are greeted by Janus and he gives us a tour. We wanted a little appetizer before dinner, so Janus arranged for us to get a few drumsticks delivered and a panini. We take a dip in the pool. Enjoy our pre-dinner and makes a delicious seafood meal with mashed potatoes, veggies and plantain- yum- so fresh! Day 2- we woke up early and chef Ramsey came again for brunch, he makes us a delicious multi-course spread. My Favorite was the fishcakes but he also makes this fresh juice which is amazing. After Brunch we got to the hospital; to get Covid Tested. From there we headed to the beach bar and enjoyed some light bites and cocktails. We head back to the villa in the evening after we picked up a few bottles of wine from town and spend the rest of the night enjoying the villa. Day 3- In the afternoon, we headed over to Sulphur Springs, but admittedly didn't get in. From there we spent some time at the local waterfall which is beautiful. The water was warm and our guide took some really nice pictures of us. We came back to the villa and chef Ramsey prepares yet another delicious dinner. This time its curry chicken. Day 4- we lounge around the villa all day. It’s a Sunday so everything is quiet. We enjoyed some afternoon rain showers and watched the sunset from the balcony. |
