Matt & Rose: Montreal, Quebec
We only spent two days in Soufriere but loved every minute. Sapphire one is the perfect nest for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Thanks to Janus and his team for an incredible stay.
Day 1: Make sure you explore the beautiful town on feet earlier on, act acclimated with your surroundings. Amazing sunset at waterfront, bite to eat at Martha’s Kitchen (church or bridge street) for budget local cuisine. Amazing smoothies and coffee at ZAKA’s Art and Café. We picked up groceries on church street and had a romantic home-cooked dinner on Sapphire Terrace. Tourists restaurants are expensive so this is a great way to save some bucks.
Day 2: Anse Mamin Beach … WOW!!! (best beach we’ve been to (I’ve spent 3 days up north) secluded + quiet + picture que (right by the jungle) Relax with the sound of birds chirping, total paradise. Bring lunch, snacks and water to save money. The Burger Bar looks great but pricey $20 USD. As you can tell we are travelers having a great time on a budget 😊 We Taxied up but hitchhiked back (easy peasy)
Amazing Stay, Thank you Janus
WEATHER IN SAINT LUCIA
While most places in the world have four well-defined seasons, its proximity to the equator means that this is not really the case for the island of St. Lucia.
