Hello!
We began our trip at Sapphire 3 property (the blue coloured one you can see out the kitchen window) We soon decided that we needed a pool and Janus moved us to the Beautiful Saba Villa. What a beautiful place!! Day 1 Tet Paul Nature Trail- Must do!! About a 20 minutes hike to the top. $10USD per person including a guide- Take your time and enjoy the views along the way. After the guided tour we went back to the top on our own and had a Piton Beer to take in the gorgeous view. There is also a small restaurant by the parking lot. We then had one on Janus Drivers take us to the Sulphur Springs and mud baths. Really cool!! Jamal Picked us up and brought us back to the villa. He picked us up an hour later and dropped us off at Valelse for dinner. We had Mahi Mahi- okay and red snapper- good flavor but mind the bones. Day 2 Hang out at the villa relaxing in the morning, then Jamal took us to Diamond Falls & Botanical Gardens- they were beautiful but not everything blooming this time of year. Best to go early in the day- it was really hot when we went. Enjoyed the pool until dinner time when we scheduled Chef Ramsey to make a private dinner for us! He rocked the creole shrimp! So delicious we tried to have him come again the next night but he was already booked. Day 3 Called Janus (by the way anything you want to do, he can make it happen ) to arrange a driver to take us up to Castries and Hike Pigeon Island. The roads are very winding traveling up and back. Ian was a great guide- $140USD for the tour for the 2 of us . Chillaxed when we got back, then called janus. We wanted Fedo’s but they were closed (on the island, Sunday is church and family day, so many places are closed) We asked for curry chicken and an appetizer and it magically showed up at our door less than an hour later. Turns out Sunday was a good day to go up to Castries. It’s much more commercial up there and there are lots of traffic during the week. We really enjoyed our visit here! Such an unbelievable day. It’s hard to leave Thank you Janus & Team. We’ll be back Carol & John Minneapolis, MN Comments are closed.
