David & Jessica - Bocean Villa Review

I wish to personally thank you for your superb customer service and quality of service. Both yourself and Elma were most courteous and professional in helping us secure our reservation, especially with my last minute problem of missing the flight.

Our stay at Bocean was an absolutely remarkable experience, we are glad we chose it for a much needed holiday. The car we hired for 2 days made everything that much more fun & interesting. We were able to visit the volcano in Soufriere. Something my wife had always dreamed of doing, along with a perfect dinner at Ladera Resort.  We were awe struck by the amazing views at the Tet Paul Trail, our substitute after we passed on doing the Gros Piton Climb. 

Marcus our assigned villa manager was a terrific host, we got more than we bargained for when he along with his wife graciously made us hot Johnny cakes and coco tea. A wonderful treat we wished we had in Michigan. 

I also wish to tell you that Gideon was extremely pleasant and we had a great conversation when he picked us up on the last day. He is a credit to you and your business, Janus. Special mention also to his nephew who picked our groceries up the second day during our 5 day stay. Cannot remember his name,  but he made me laugh as he was waving to numerous people driving in the opposite direction, including friends and family.. i guess on a small island, most people know each other! :)

Rest assured, I will be telling anyone I know, who is considering going to St. Lucia, to reserve your properties “ escapes", and with my wife being an executive with Virgin Atlantic airways, who, as you know, fly direct to UVF daily, she will also be spreading the word amongst all her colleagues as to how good your service is. Word of mouth is the best advertising.
