Building vacation rentals - and deciding on the best locations in St. Lucia – tough but worth it!

When I tell my clients not only do I  deal with the many emails from partners coming in on a daily basis while at the same time making it my duty to meet up with most of our clients, they seem impressed; “wow, you are so young, what drives you?” Many of our travel family say that they'd struggle finding motivation to do it day in and day out.

I always respond by saying, luckily for me I love what I do, and the best thing of all is being able to meet incredible people from all over the world each and everyday – I love being able to build not only the best vacation home rental experiences in St. Lucia but I love receiving and reading the feedback I get from our clients – so it's pretty easy for me to stay motivated.

I enjoy waking up everyday to meet with a new family or couple, and getting involved with my entire team responsible for all aspects of our travel family experience. Being able to provide luxurious accommodations so travelers can enjoy and create indelible memories does indeed require a fair amount of creative thinking, hence having the best and brightest working at escape villas is very important.

Personally, I don't let my workload put me off, it doesn't feel like a chore and being able to put smiles on everyone's face is something I feel great about.
