We had an amazing 4 nights here in Sapphire Apartments, Soufriere. We love this town! So colorful, vibrant and lively. We found the people very friendly and found Soufriere felt very safe for us and our two young children. 

We would recommend 

• Volcanic Springs + Mud Bath 
• Sugar Beach
• Anse Chastanet (Our favorite beach & Snorkeling). We took a water taxi from Soufriere. 
• We had fantastic local food at Martha’s Tables and lunch with breathtaking view at Boucan. 
• We also enjoyed a beer opposite pier 28 whilst watching the local life. 

This apartment is perfect and excellent value for money. In our opinion staying in town is a much better experience than staying at one of the much pricier resort. 

Forgot to mention the Morne Courbaril Estate Tour – we really enjoyed learning about the plantation and everything grown there.

Spectacular Sunset, more food – I think you get how we chose to spend the time.
Restaurants we tried were all excellent! Hammingbird (because many of the local restaurants close on Sat. + Sun.) Martha’s Tables. Fedo’s and Ruby’s.

We will be back and for a much longer stay. (this was the end of the two weeks in Caribbean!)

The new speaks for itself. The vibes is super chill. The nature surrounds you everywhere you turn. An amazing place. A great place to just go with the flow and see what the day brings. The people or locals I guess you’d say are just the best. Stop and enjoy their energy.

We all agreed this was our favorite Family vacation so far! The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do! The service from Janus and his drivers was outstanding! We got a lot of great advice the first night from Fabian and Janus brought us cards when we requested them! All out interactions were great!

We highly recommend:

• Boucan @ Hotel Chocolat- everything we ate there was amazing and the view is unbeatable
• Rain Forest Tour by Lloyd ‘’Mango’’ - +1 758 715 8542. He does many different tours. We toured the En Bas Saut Forest and his Farm, much more too!
• Anse Chastanet – snorkeling is great!
• Fedo’s- during lunch on a week day, you will meet kids from the local elementary school! We loved this! They were very friendly!
• Ruby’s Pizza – we recommend corn on the Pizza
• Sulphur Spring Mud Baths – your skin will never feel softer!
